Terms of Service

These terms apply to Zenkasu's current platforms — the web application and Android mobile app — and will apply to the iOS mobile app once it launches.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Zenkasu on any available platform (web or Android, and iOS once it launches), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.

Use of Service

Zenkasu is provided for personal and commercial numismatic collection management across all platforms. You retain all rights to your collection data on all devices.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Zenkasu on any supported platform for your personal or business collection management needs.

Your Responsibilities

Data Backup

Since all data is stored locally on your device(s), you are responsible for backing up your data via CSV export. We recommend regular backups to prevent data loss from device failure, loss, or damage.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into Zenkasu. While we strive to provide accurate tools and features, the ultimate responsibility for data integrity rests with you.

Cross-Platform Data Transfer

To move your collection between platforms (e.g., from web to Android), use the CSV export and import features (CSV import/export on mobile is a Pro feature). Data does not automatically sync between platforms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the mobile applications
• Use Zenkasu for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Redistribute or resell Zenkasu without permission

Platform-Specific Terms

Web Application

The web application is provided as-is through your browser. You are responsible for ensuring browser compatibility and security.

Android App

The Android app is distributed through the Google Play Store and subject to Google Play's terms of service in addition to these terms.

iOS App

The iOS app is coming soon. Once released, it will be distributed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these terms.

Intellectual Property

Zenkasu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zenkasu and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No Warranty

Zenkasu is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind on all platforms. We make no guarantees about:

• Availability or uptime (for web application)
• Data integrity or accuracy
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Compatibility with future OS versions
• Freedom from bugs or errors

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Zenkasu on any platform, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• Device damage or malfunction
• Business interruption
• Financial losses
• Incorrect valuations or assessments

Updates and Modifications

We may update Zenkasu from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be:

• Web: Automatic (browser refresh)
• Android: Through Google Play Store
• iOS: Through Apple App Store, once available

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

Termination

You may stop using Zenkasu at any time by:

• Web: Clearing browser data
• Android: Uninstalling the app
• iOS: Deleting the app, once available

We recommend exporting your data before terminating use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
